This newly renovated family home is filled with natural light and offers two main living areas plus a pool room with bunks, couches, a television, games console and open fireplace. An open kitchen with butler’s pantry supports indoor and outdoor dining, while four spacious bedrooms in the main house include a king main suite.
The securely enclosed front lawn leaves room for family games. Out back, garden paths wind between herb and tomato patches before reaching the pool, outdoor dining area, BBQ and fire pit. As the host puts it, a favourite ritual is sitting beneath the tree as the light fades, watching the children in the pool before lighting the fire.
Both the bay and ocean beaches are a short drive away. Nearby streets provide public access to the national park, sand dunes, cliffs and back beaches of the Mornington Peninsula.
